WOW. There sure are a lot of mental health facility connoisseurs on these reviews.... I can't say this is the "worst", but what the heck else can you expect when your service is most likely paid for by the state? I guess since most of the reviewers are flat broke and getting free service, they're unable to admit that you get what you pay for. So, I really don't know if this one facility can be blamed or if it's really just a big picture problem since most people are emotionally unheathy/"mentally ill" etc. anyway and integrity is poor everywhere, since nearly everyone is just showing up for their own entertainment or the paycheck. The patient intake Person Jennifer ended up labeling me as if I have some kind of drug use problem because I was HONEST. You should NEVER punish honesty in a mental health facility, as that just means you yourself are pathologically dishonest. I emphasized how I was interested in getting support through talk therapy, but I also simply admitted that I smoked a little weed on the way to the morning appointment and apparently that's the wrong thing to do, so she turned me straight over to a psychiatrist specializing in drug abuse. It took no time at all for the psychiatrist to realize that I was not ready to start a drug treatment, nor do I need help with an addiction. I simply wanted to start with talk and instead they're trying to evaluate me for a prescription. Please waste no more of my time, folks.

Well I came here to this clinic to support a family member who seek their professional mental health: I never had any issues with the staff they were helpful and caring and never gave me reasons not to accompany my family member. I appreciate how the therapist helped with coping mechanisms to improve my family member anxiety and anger. This clinic helped far more than i expected. Treatment success depends if the patient has the time and effort to work through their issues and if they really want to get better.

I'm so glad to find out this center for mental health care because doctors, therapist and the front desk teams are very god.

I have been a patient of Vanessa Coradin for about 2 years now, I've had a terrible experience with her. From the start, she had been flaky, and is awful at communication. Recently, I haven't heard from her in 3 months. She usually would send a text when she was available, but she just stopped. I ended up contacting her because I was concerned and she basically ignored what I said, and switched the subject. Her excuse for not contacting me was because she wasn't sure I wanted to continue being her patient. Also, I was forced to do group therapy when I wanted individual. I'm very worried that she is still getting paid even though she isn't doing her job. I should've changed therapists a long time ago, she is literally the worst. She needs to lose her license.

I've had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing two therapists for a bit of time, one very unprofessional yet both inadequate and like the previous reviewers say, are focussed on wasting time. The front desk has no shame in openly complaining about patients' rescheduling/ not picking up the phone and or having drama with other employees themselves. The psychiatrist was the best. I'm sure everyone is a good person, however this is just a poorly run facility. Best of luck to anyone going here.
