  If you need surgery. DO NOT GO HERE. The lack of care and intention this place practices is EGREGIOUS. I tore my acl and meniscus August 12th. The fact that they think it is okay for me to wait two months for a surgery when the average wait is 3-6 weeks...I CAN NOT. Every day, I risk further injury because I still have to go to work until I get the work done. I express this and there is NO urgency. They didn't go over my MRI results with me and did not take time to explain what my injury means. They told me as long as I met certain milestones, I could have my surgery on the 23rd. I come in to my appointment today, now, its been moved to MAYBE October 7th but more likely October 21st. I will be pursuing my surgery elsewhere; something I should have started the process for A LONG time ago.

  Probably the best foot doctors in Brooklyn, probably the worst possible receptionist in NYC history, nasty with attitudes- they challenge even the most calm and even keeled persons (beware) IMHO ; they should all retire or change their demeanor.

  I recommend seeing Dr. Todd Soifer if you have any orthopedic problems, he is knowledgeable and caring. Secretary staff are not welcoming and like to hide behind their computer monitors (-1 star). BUT you're there to see the doctors, not them. I was able to see Dr. Soifer earlier than my scheduled appointment and left within 2 hours.

  Dr Jaspreet Sekhon is a gem as is his assistant whose name I do not know. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I don't know that all these negative reviews are talking about.

  I've been coming to Kings Highway Orthopedic Associates for years. They have the best Orthopedic Doctors, in my opinion. All you have to remember is to have patience when you come here. The doctors give each patient their undivided attention...therefore, the wait may be a bit long. It's not the staff's fault..I recently injured my ankle and saw Dr. Simon.. All I can say is..he's great.. Dr. Simon explains, in detail, your injury and the various treatments..such as surgery or PT... He will contact your insurance company if he isn't satisfied with their "opinion". I highly recommend Dr. Simon.
