I’d like to just share that I’m very impressed with this facility now. My loved one has been there for a few years at this point, and management would never meet with me. They always told me that they were “too busy”. Yesterday, I met with the new administrator Shia, who by the way has been there for only a few days, and I feel like the care and my complaints have already been resolved. Sometimes just having a simple conversation can go along way. Thank you Shia!

The staff is very caring and they know what they’re doing. They’re organized and have their act together. I’m impressed with the leadership and communication. I can tell through my care meetings and my conversations that they really put the residents first before anything! What I will say is that I was very hesitant coming in because of their two stars, but once I got a tour and spoke to management, I felt very comfortable. I’d recommend anybody who is discouraged by their rating to get a tour before making a decision. You won’t regret it!

DO NOT bring your family here DO NOT. If you want the to have more health conditions and be thrown into hospice then by all means. No one cares about anyone here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would never put any other relatives in this facility!!! The administration is incompetent, and rude!! The finance lady Sherry is also extremely rude! My Mother in Law was dead for at least 30 minutes before anyone found her and then they had several different stories about what happened!! Horrible place!
