  Avoid this place it is a rip off. Each visit nothing different was done and all of a sudden I have a charge of $1200 dollars from some random laboratory from my last and final visit. Billing department never answers the phone. I went here several times and the doctor is nice however I was being charged hidden laboratory exams that I did not authorize that weren’t covered by my insurance. Shady practice

  The doctor is nice, but it feels like they’re mainly after your insurance money. They ran so many unnecessary tests and kept having me come back multiple times, even though it was just a simple UTI that only needed antibiotics. I ended up going there three times for no reason. Feels more like a money pit than genuine care — I wouldn’t go back.

  Avoid if you can My experience involved two separate visits, totaling close to 4 hours, approximately 80% of that was spent waiting to see the doctor. After all that time, they wanted me to schedule another appointment to further diagnose the issue, suggesting significant inefficiency. To make matters worse, attempting to switch to a different specialist was met with unnecessary friction. They will only release medical records via fax (yes, in 2025) or as printed copies (even for scans, yes, in 2025), and they charge per page fee for it. All of this suggests to me their incentives are fundamentally misaligned with patient care and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  My experience at this Park Slope Urology has always been amazing.The staff and medical personnel exemplifies the proper services that should be rendered by other professionals. Dr.Khanna has an excellent team available as they are always courteous and perform their tasks with the utmost care ,concern and consideration. I continue to look forward to my appointments knowing I will always receive the best health care available.

  Dr. Khanna is a likeable guy,easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Office and staff were easy going and professional. The only drawback was some waiting time in between other patients being seen. But that's not really a big deal to me personally but I can see some people possibly being annoyed. But overall that's the sign of a good doctor being that he's that busy. I've only been to his place of business once but would/will definitely go back. I never leave reviews but this place is worth it. So far so good.
