  My father James is a patient at Hamilton Park rehabilitation for one month. Our family and my Dad are very happy and satisfied with the center. Concierge Denise is helpful, positive, pleasant and professional. The nurses and aids are kind, caring and attentive to my father’s needs. PT has been kind and encouraging during Dad’s sessions. Johnathan of recreation is optimistic kind and enthusiastic. The maintenance man John always has a smile and a kind word for Dad. The kitchen staff has been so accommodating with substitute requests and thanks to the speech therapist and dietitian for their assistance. Lastly thanks to beautician Betty for Dad’s haircuts and shaves

  I can’t say enough about the staff and the facility they’re amazing and I would never want a family member to go any other place. I highly recommend and you’d be lucky to have anyone at Hamilton Park of Bay Ridge You feel like they’re at home. Starting with Denise she makes you feel so comfortable to have my mom or loved ones there Knowing that they are well cared for. Me and my brother were there everyday and we saw Denise always checking on everybody to make sure everything going well We know she safe in this facility To all the CNA ESPECIALLY SASHA she really took great care of my mom Isabella Also need to make a point to mention IRINA who got my mom to take all meds Also John and I apologize there was also a lady that did housekeeping very respectful and kind Therapy Millie and Emerson were amazing they had great patient with my mother during her sessions Extremely happy with a tough situation The Innamorato’s

  My mother is 94 years old and fractured her hip and elbow. Thanks to all of the hard working people here, my mother will leave here much better off than anticipated. Her physical therapist team of Ahmed, Mohammed and Usama helped her from not putting any weight on it to nearly walking by herself. The occupational therapist, Richard and the team has improved her range of motion and her entire arm. Overall the therapist team led by Rachella did a great job.her The care was outstanding. Around the clock care put my mother's mind at ease. The cna, Charlene, Carlene, Sasha, Shirley, Claudia, Diaz, Jenny and others improved my mother's quality of life. Medication nurses also very careful and caring. Elana, Susie, Assie, Kitty plus others helped her. Others on the floor pitched in. John, George and all of the engineers were always asking if she needed anything or how they can help. Jonathan kept thing lively and interesting as the entertainment director especially the musical bingo. My mother really enjoyed the food even though she was on a ground diet. The kitchen did a good job of variety and she really enjoyed the soup. The social workers of Quan and Melissa helped set up after care. The nurses were very helpful and caring. I was impressed with the teamwork Thanks to everyone for their help

  My mother was admitted last August and has been in Hamilton Park for about 10 months. Everyone is wonderful here and attentive. Bernadette the CNA is wonderful as well. She takes good care of my mother. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a loved one that needs care.

  The staff at Hamilton Park has far exceeded my expectations. Denise in Concierge, Inna - Director Social Work, Betty - Nursing along with Charmaine and Reggie, CNAs have been such a supportive, knowledgeable and kind team. The care has been consistent, respectful and warm.
