  This is hands down the most efficient office I’ve been to in my entire life. From the minute you walk in. They communicate so well with one another. You can just tell they enjoy working with one another. As far as physical therapy and acupuncture I see Dennis and James. When I tell you those two have the hands of gold. I reccomend everyone I know to this place. I work in healthcare myself and have never come across an office as effecient, caring and compassionate as them. Thank you guys so much for all that you do!

  This place started well, until I needed more sessions. The disorganization and lack of care to submit paperwork sent me through the roof. Instead of waiting 7 days for insurance approval, I waited 1 month to then find out that the paperwork was never submitted. How unprofessional! Easy to take money, difficult to find good overall services apparently. The PT’s may know their stuff but if office work can’t keep up, it makes all the difference in experience!

  I visited Advanced Medical Clinic for severe sciatica pain. The doctor and medical staff were very kind, and the doctor prescribed enough medication for one week while I awaited my MRI. After I received my MRI results, I called to schedule a follow-up appointment, only to be told the next available visit was a month away. This is unacceptable when someone is in severe pain. I asked if the office could check with the doctor about refilling my medication, and nobody called me back to let me know if the prescription would be refilled. The doctor himself was great, but the office staff were extremely cold and unwilling to help. They showed no concern for my condition or the urgency of my situation. I now have to find a new doctor because no patient should be left without care for a month after an initial visit. Very disappointing experience.

  Everyone gets old and starts having issues here and there, and it is finally HITTING me! I woke up one day with pain in my left arm and I ignored for weeks thinking it would go away, and it didn't. I am so glad I came to this physical therapy clinic in my neighborhood. It is my first time and I felt significantly better after just one week of treatment. Here are a few highlights: - This practice has nurse practitioner, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, gym all in one. So I was able to see multiple providers in one appointment and only pay the co-pay once - Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable - Call ahead for them to make sure your insurance works with them, even if it looks like it might be out-of-network - I was able to book next day appointment and receive immediate relief (compared to the other place I called which had a week wait time) The only thing I would say could be improved for the future would be to make the clinic nicer and increase privacy.

  Great place for physical therapy, efficient, upbeat, friendly and clean! I was able to get appointment quickly; evaluation with Dr Ray was eye opening and in some ways life changing. With regular visits back pain was gone and what's even more important I got to learn some exercises to help relieve stress, stretch, relax and prevent shoulder and back tightness and pain. Everyone is very friendly and engaging, great Team! Thank you Dr Ray, Dennis, Karishma, James, Ian, Gabby, Angela, Arvin and Arnold!
