  Words cannot describe how blessed we were to be referred by our doctor to see Dr.Abrakhimov and his team. The doctors are very attentive to detail and listen to the patient. Everyone's bedside manners are excellent. The doctors explain the plan of care and ensure the procedures are pain free. Will definitely be coming back and recommending friends and family.   I recently saw Dr. Jacob at Elite Pain for ongoing muscle spasms and neck tension, and I can’t say enough good things about him. His professional demeanor, calm presence, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor the treatment to my needs. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their well-being. I left feeling both relieved and confident that I was in excellent hands.   Extremely disappointing experience. I waited almost two hours past my appointment time, only to see the doctor for less than five minutes — most of the visit was handled by a nurse practitioner. The treatment did nothing, and no real effort was made to diagnose my issue; I had to ask for X-rays and a referral myself. The billing felt shady and misleading. I was told to make a one-time $200 payment to cover future visits, but when I returned, they demanded another $160, claiming it was a “mistake.” This could’ve easily been communicated before I came in, instead of wasting my time. Overall, the office felt disorganized, uncaring, and dishonest. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
