  The receptionist is rude and condescending when responding to basic questions. A receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, and her tone comes across as impatient & dismissive instead of helpful. In a medical setting, patients often call because they are anxious or unsure, and a little warmth, reassurance and empathy go a long way. Unfortunately, that's completely lacking here and reflects poorly on the practice as a whole.

  Avoid! Such an unprofessional office! Never got to see any doctor, so I can’t speak to that. Someone else used the word ‘sketchy’ to describe them… seems pretty accurate! My medical issue is pretty serious and I’m quite emotional. I spent quite some effort to prepare for this appointment, still was treated with no respect for my person and my time. Gives other medical professionals such a bad reputation!

  I had a urologic condition called Frenoloplasty for years. Recently, two months ago, I had a successful procedure done by Dr. Alex Shteynshlyuger. I am very happy with the result. I walked out of the surgery, and drove home. I had no pain during the surgery or after the surgery, and no complications whatsoever. I chose Dr. Alex Shteynshyuger for my procedure with his extensive expertise and proven practice. I would like to thank Dr. Alex Shteynshyuger, his medical staff for preliminary procedures throughout the surgery, and also office staff for coordinating emails and phone communications, scheduling, online video meetings for convenience, and any online correspondence that made my experience even better.

  Had an urology issue and consulted with Dr. Shteynshlyuger. He was very thorough and genuinely showed interested and care. The office was prompt and made sure that everything was explained. I am very satisfied and will continue to see Dr. S.
