  Let me tell you — I’ve been suffering from neck, back, hip, and foot problems for quite some time, and Downtown Physicians on Henry St. has been an absolute lifesaver. Dr. Hetarth Kapadia and his assistant, Dhrupa, treated me 2–3 times a week, and they are truly the best. I’m not saying that to convince anyone — I’ve been to several places in Brooklyn, and nowhere have I received the level of attentive, personalized therapy and care that I received here. They genuinely care about your well-being. The office is clean, spotless, organized, and filled with positive energy. If you’re looking for real, thoughtful treatment from people who know what they’re doing, this is the place. Highly recommend!

  Dr. Moses was great! I came in February with agonizing pain from a bulging lumbar disc causing sciatica. She quickly addressed the pain and then methodically increased the aggressiveness of the interventions until I was completely out of pain. Now it’s April and I’ve been pain-free for weeks. I also really appreciated having the neurosurgeon Dr. Weintraub attached to the same practice. It made that evaluation much easier. The systems are user friendly. Appointments are not hard to get, the office is in a charming brownstone, and the office staff was polite and professional almost every time. (There was one exception where I wound up sitting in the waiting room longer than I needed to be because they didn’t check me into the appointments correctly.) I would say overall 9.5/10 for the overall experience and 10/10 for Dr. Moses and Dr. Weintraub.

  Working with Dr. Kapadia, Dr.G, Dhrupa, and Ilir has been a true joy! They’ve efficiently and considerately helped me from start to finish through foot surgery over the last few weeks, and they create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients. Dr. G and Dr. Kapadia are brilliant providers of care in addition to being wonderful people: They’ve made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for throughout my diagnosis and recovery. I’ll be sad when my treatment ends, but you’re welcome, dear reader— it means there will be more time slots available for you, and they are in high demand :)

  Update: I changed to 4 stars because while the doctors are great at the Henry St location, the customer service definitely needs work. Trying to call and get someone on the phone is sometimes like pulling teeth. There are random times when they’re closed but the hours of operation show they should be open or you’ll call and just be automatically placed on hold for a long time and never get an answer. This has happened to me a number of times already. There is one receptionist that has been amazing and her name is Star! Original Review: Downtown Physicians was AMAZING!! I had to see Dr. Moses very last minute and they were able to accommodate me as I was in excruciating pain. The entire team in the office was so warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to be helpful and made me feel right at home. Dr. Moses was an amazing doctor!! She gave me plenty of options so I could do whatever worked best for me. She made sure I had all my prescriptions that day so I could have relief as soon as possible. After going to the ER and other places this is the first place I felt heard! I recommend anyone needing to do any pain management or Physical Therapy to go to Downtown Physicians. They’re going to take great care of you! Thank you Dr. Moses you’re the best!!

  I came to Downtown Pain Physicians Of Brooklyn before and after my cervical disc replacement surgery, and I cannot recommend Dr.Moses and the team here enough. From start to finish, their approach was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely patient-centered. The team was also incredibly proactive about medication management, holistically looking at my current list of meds and adapting accordingly. I was dealing with side effects and was prepared to just accept this as is-- the team insisted on finding better fit medications. Thank you for this! The staff made me feel comfortable and heard throughout a tough period of life. They took time to explain procedures, answered all my questions, and created an environment where I felt genuinely cared for as a person, not just a patient. I also want to highlight their flexibility and understanding when it came to billing and insurance matters. Sharon in the billings department was kind and responsive. Thank you Sharon! I felt so taken care of. This clinic demonstrates what healthcare should be - skilled, comprehensive, and deeply human. I'm grateful for their care and would trust them with my pain management needs again without hesitation.
