  Fantastic practice! Dr. Walli is extremely caring, thoughtful, and took the time to answer all of the questions that I had during each visit. He made me feel respected as a collaborator in determining the best treatment plan for my care -- laying out all of the options with the benefits and risks. I felt that I was in safe hands during all visits. I also want to shout out Sharon from the billing department, who helped me understand my insurance benefits and clarified any financial responsibility for the visits. No surprise fees, just honest and upfront billing.

  Erica the receptionist has been super helpful! Banu the therapist is super nice and friendly! She sure makes you laugh but gets the work done. The office is as beautiful and friendly as the staffs. I am happy to be taken care at downtown physician park slope!

  Went to Downtown after tearing my Achilles. The experience has been smooth and easy. I was able to get an appointment right away and everyone was very helpful and informative. Physical therapy with Dr.Banu has been great! So supportive and made rehabbing my injury a breeze. Highly recommend this team!

  Dr. Saleha Banu is thoughtful, understanding, and comprehensive with her PT practice. She has helped me in managing and alleviating my lower back pain for the past month and a half. Not only does she incorporate mindful stretching, but also some fun exercises you can include in your at-home workouts!

  I highly recommend Downtown Pain Physicians. I felt welcomed since my first visit. The young lady at the front desk is courteous. My therapist Saleha and her coworker Aishwarya are very kind and work very well together. I feel so much better already. Thank you ladies, you’re both so awesome!!!
