It is clear that Dr. Victor is knowledgeable and highly competent. What also is apparent and very important is that he takes a genuine interest in his patients. He listens carefully and calmly answers questions. At no time did I feel rushed. I would be comfortable recommending Dr. Victor to a friend.

Been a patient of Dr. Victor’s for years. Truly a kind and caring person and has gone out of his way throughout the years to help with my chronic condition.

My PCP in whom is my doctor since 1987 referred me to Dr Victor and I’ve found some of the same qualities in Dr Victor as my PCP. He’s very concerned about his patients well being. He listens to the patient and with his expertise he makes sound decisions that brings comfort to the patient. I’m glad for this referral so that we can get to the root of this issue. Thank you Dr Victor for being you. The humor helps too. ☺️

Dr. Victor saw my brother in the ER last year and diagnosed him quickly and the medication he prescribed worked almost immediately. He was doing well for a year and then started to see some symptoms start to return. We sent Dr. Victor a message and he increased the dosage. It helped but not as much as we had hoped so we contacted Dr. Victor again and he increased it again and it did the trick. My brother just had another visit with him recently and got a new prescription and that’s also working well. Dr. is a very kind, caring Doctor Who really listens and wants to get to the root of the problem. He’s quick to answer whenever you have a problem and he’s always very pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anybody that needs a neurologist.

Dr Victor is a kind Dr and once in takes time. But the office is a nightmare. My mother is bed bound and it is difficult to get places and painful for her to be in a wheelchair for too long. We had an appointment and waited over 90 minutes. Felt futile with her being unable to move much these days but he adjusted her script for Parkinson’s. Not sure if it will help. Received a call a week later to come in for Botox to see if it could help the rigor in her leg. I asked admin if we would be able to be seen quickly for the week before ended up with her passing out when we got home and almost a trip to hospital. The admin said should be quick since he’s not seeing patients. I was excited. Well today was the appointment. We came and went without seeing the Dr. spent $60 on an accessible Uber and the Dr was no where to be found. Was paged for an hour and never responded. I feel like people don’t understand what it takes for elders to get around. Plus the care taker. Felt no compassion. It’s exhausting. Missed a days work. Lost money and there was nothing helpful for my mom.
