Recently, we moved my mother from the nursing home that was so depressing. It made me we consider ever putting her in one. I did sort of against my well agreed to move her to Crown Heights Center I could not be happier. More importantly, she could not be happier. Improvement in a couple weeks was astonishing both from a mental and physical perspectives. I realize this immediately as the first day of her admission, I got half dozen calls from speech, language, pathologist, and physical assistance, doctors nurses and admissions all looking for explicit information to make sure she got the car she needed. When I came to visit her, she normally seems so happy to be here telling how much she left the music in the events they had for her, but she seem to know everyone and all the staff seem to know and really appreciate her. The special shout out to social workers specifically Sirlina guided me through the intake process and make sure I had everything I needed in place for her stay here. Likewise, the head of admissions Ashley has been super helpful and caring. The facility is clean and light. It has a beautiful atrium and actually has an atmosphere that feels enlivening Versus depressing as so many do. I highly recommend this for your elderly loved ones. They will be in great hands here.

My brother is a patient here and I can honestly say the staff, nurses, social workers are on point. The facility is clean and well maintained. The social workers introduced themselves to me, gave me their contact information and have been available to handle my brothers needs and any concerns I have. The physical therapist is patient with my brother and personable. The occupational therapist is also thorough. I highly recommend Crown Heights Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. Thank you!!

I have always had very negative feelings about nursing homes but the Crown Heights Center has shown me that there are some very good facilities. When my 96 year old dad was transferred to this facility, he was not in the best condition. Now, some 3 weeks later, his condition has greatly improved and I want to thank the staff for taking such great care of my father. And I want to say a special thank you to Sirlinga. I only met her virtually because of my currently mobility issues, but she has been very helpful to my brother and mother during their visits to the center.

I was admitted here 3 for months and I must say they staff did well with helping me recover. I'm being discharged and I have no complaints 5 stars hands down . All the residents looked forward to schedueled activities and I really enjoyed the daily games, music and trivia. Recreation staff were great, especially Allison who I've noticed interacting with not only me but everyone on the floor l was on, she's such a bright light and always made me smile from the time I heard her voice saying good morning to the residents . The wound care staff are excellent. I was very close to amputation and this department performed a miracle. Thanks and hats off to Mr William, Ms Charles, and Ms Webster. The rehabilitation team are exceptional. They're so patient, and dedicated ,and show genuine interest in the patients well being and recovery. Love to all especially Al, Shanelle and Shani. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 to Crown Heights.

At the age of 96, the comfort and care of and for my father is the priority in the Evans family. Crown Heights Center For Nursing and Rehabilitation has gone beyond our family's expectations in seeing to it that my father's care and comfort are well taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Lois, and other nurses I don't remember by name. I also want to give special mention and recognition to Chantel, the physical therapist. She is simply amazing. By chance or by the grace of God my father's room is located right near the Social Workers office. Wow, such a beautiful staff. Heather is such a breath of fresh air and so hospitable. Sirlina is more than the Resident Concierge. She is the heartbeat of the Social Workers department. You CAN'T interact with her and not leave without your morale being uplifted. Thank You Crown Heights Center For Nursing and Rehabilitation for having such a beautiful, caring, and professional staff. I really appreciate you. Submitted with a joyful heart, Michael J Evans, Sr aka Pastor
