  WORST DOCTORS !! Doctor griffin has an attitude all the time.She seems bothered just seeing patients. Appointments are almost impossible to get. The doctor you think you’re seeing for an appointment is not always the doctor you see. They will have you change your provider to them to be seen . Only for it to not be the actual provider you thought you was seeing.Takes months to schedule you in & they can cancel as they feel. Apologize only to squeeze you in a month later.Especially if your pregnant DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not care! I would take up an entire day with the complaints on this company!

  From the time I 1st started going to this location a few years back this place has improved a lot. A mixture of communicating my concerns clearly as we tend to assume they read our files but these doctors are overwhelmed with lot of patients. Once I became outspoken about my needs things shifted for the better.

  This clinic has long wait times and are always cancelling last minute. Started off great but after the pandemic the clinic took a turn for the worse. Some of the providers dont even care. The nurses however are amazing. But i will no longer be a patient here.

  This is one of the best Healthcare facilities i have been in, once you go in one time their memory lock you in so your next visit they remember you and great you with a smile. I really like how informative the staff are and helpful in giving you the correct information you need. Its a very busy facility but you get everything fast your results comes back to you in a day or two, you are late they still try to see you but if you are extremely late they still will see or give you another appointment. I love it there.

  I went to their new location today 5/8/2025 and there were four women at the front desk ,not one of them acknowledge me when I walked in and said Hello. Zero customer service like damn y'all just got to the 1002 location and already lousy service. The blonde chick had her id card hidden so I couldnt even address her by her name.
