  Receptionist are most helpful although not much they can do. therapy it hasn’t been clear communication, I’ve haven’t received any contact or updates in about three months after regularly calling, and the one time I do speak to a doctor for a hour long psych evaluation, she only spends 15 minutes with me and is telling me “now I’m not against smoking but I do recommend to stop smoking cause it kills my braincells” and it ended with giving me medicine prescription that I specifically told her I wasn’t comfortable with. Asked for a new doctor and been waiting on a supervisor call as well to help me set up, that’s been two months ago alreadyzJust terrible with ppl going through actual mental outrage they are terrible with providing support for new clients. It’s my fault for giving so many chances and just not finding a new clinic after so long honestly.

  This is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. I called Friday about an emergency contraceptive and begged them to please send a new one that day because it was an emergency. They didn’t fill it until that Monday and all the nurse “we sorry how do you feel about that” I hung up on that lady face. Then some man called me on the same bs. Like what I’m supposed to do?? I can’t take it now so it ain’t no point of calling my pharmacist I can’t take it.

  I went to this facility for a dental exam. The x-rays showed a decaying tooth. I made numerous visits to see Dr. Tam and each time she never scheduled the tooth filling. She just kept taking x-rays and telling me to come back. There were times that my appointment was canceled without advance notice. Everytime I went to this office, Dr. Tam kept postponing treatment for my decaying tooth. I went to this office with the same issue at least 5 times and the tooth continued to decay. The office just kept taking x-rays and charging a co-pay. I decided to find another dentist but unfortunately, it was too late. I had to go to the emergency room because an abcess developed and caused a bad infection in my gum due to the decayed tooth. My entire lip/mouth swelled up like a balloon. I was in extreme pain. I had to have the tooth extracted. The tooth is near the front of my mouth. This happened all because Dr. Tam kept postponing treatment. I even went to another location in Brooklyn and when I went there, they started with taking x-rays again even though I had just recently taken x-rays. Just a big money-grab! I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Avoid going to this facility ( Dr. Tam) for your dental care. Going to this facility caused me unnecessary pain and suffering and caused me to lose a tooth that could have been saved. Keep away from this place for your dental care!

  I’ve been going here for over 10 years off and on. First, they don’t have enough appointments for the medical recommendations and treatments they prescribe because they’re always canceling appointments at the last min at least for dental. This leaves one with anxiety and constantly out of care. But the dental work is good if you can get it constantly. Good luck. Less chatting gets you more. Primary care is shift as well and most of the time they are rude practitioners because they’re pushing patient after patient. Still better than nothing…

  Though I don't go there often, I can say that I've taken my daughter there through the years and now she takes her children. The front staff can be iffy when they are overwhelmed. You can see the push for them to be nice and that still needs some work. The main complaint I have is that they only have 1 dentist who is actually very good and she is pleasant. The problem being the ONLY dentist is that their appointments are 3 - 4 months from the time you call. I just called and the woman told me the end of June or sometime in July. Not good!!!!!
