I loved the staff. They were very friendly. The space was clean and very safe. During this pandemic before entering the building your temperature is checked and when you get into the clinic it's checked again before seeing the doctor. I love Dr. RUSSEN already. She's is great in my book.

Made an appointment for dermatologist at 3:00 or 3:30 and got placed in a patient room at around 4:30 to 5 and doctor stopped by for a 5 seconds to say hello and say some corny jokes then left. We sat in the patient room until about 6:00 and he never returned. Me and my dad got sick of waiting for the doctor so we left and chose to go to new dermatologist. Then new one took us in 20 minutes after our appointment time like hood doctors are supposed to. I went to the East New York health hub for a regular skin check nothing major that would require almost 3 hours of waiting. I’m am assuming the health hub is critically understaffed and are over booking appointments to the point where they can’t even see their clients that make an appointment anywhere near their appointment time.

I've visited various locations and they all are consistent with awesome patient care and maintaining a very clean and comfortable environment. They offer a variety of services within the bulding which is very convenient for the whole family. Wait times in my experience are always reasonable. Very happy to have this facility in our community. Thanks CHN

Appointment got confirmed. Once I arrived they told me that the doctor was out for few days. Tried to make me wait for a nurse to see I’m my issue was acute enough … for a walk in doctor to see me. Horrible.
