So far, the experience from the initial appointment all the way through surgery has been clear, easy, and always patient-focused. Dr. Mulchandani especially has been informative about the process, great at answering my questions in a way patients can understand, and attentive, most especially post-surgery. He thinks of all possibilities to ensure that when a decision is made, no stones are left unturned.

writing this review 2 years later: I fractured my kneecap and femur and tore my MPFL at a dance class, and after a failed full month of trying to schedule a surgery at Bellevue, I found Dr. Mulchandani who performed my reconstructive surgery. I remember the day after surgery I was in so much pain and left him a voicemail crying. He called back and guided me on what to do while his own child was crying in the background! From the very beginning he was patient and was not dismissive of the pain and frustration I was feeling unlike most doctors. I thought I would be too scared to dance again, but 2 years later and I’m performing at various cultural shows and it was all thanks to him.
