  I love the people here, the staff and my doctor, Dr Strachan is very professional and friendly. However, the wait times are way too long…. Idk what the issue is but every time I go, which is like twice a year, I have to wait at least 2.5 hours… the most I’ve ever waited is 4. I don’t know what’s going on but they need to figure it out with the time management

  I've been going here for at least 2 to 3 years. I run a business and am very busy. I don't make all of my appointments on the day they are scheduled but I always make a new appointment for the next time I'm free. All of a sudden I get a doctor that I've never seen before. The visit went normal, she scheduled me in a month. I missed that appointment and rescheduled for the next time I was free. I go in and she tells me I can't be seen here anymore bc I don't make my appointments the day I was scheduled. I've been doing this for years and never had a problem. I pass my drug tests stay out of trouble and after seeing her once she determined that I can't bee seen no more and have to go to endeavor to keep getting the care I need also she wants me to come in every 2 weeks till i can go to endeavor. She said my case has worsened for something I've been doing for years there but it also says my condition is non complicated so that makes no sense to me. I wasn't going to leave this review till I go to my pharmacy and they tell me she never even sent the script. I've never had a problem with this place and everyone else has always been great and helpful except this lady. I don't even know her name that's how little I've seen her. She made it seem like I was doing something bad and not deserving of her time. If you go here don't see her. See Dr aron he always helped me and was awesome. But this other doctor just doesn't seem to care about what's going on and how to fix it. Almost feels like if she doesn't like you then she'll just get rid of you. Now imma have to make a new relationship and built trust I a new place witch can take many months. If I can't always make the one month appointments then how am I supposed to go every 2 weeks. This is going to mess up alot of things in my life all because I seen her twice which also I never said I wanted a new doctor there nor did I give her consent to see me as her patient so I don't even know why she got assigned to me.

  The Urban Family Practice has been a great experience and benefit for our community. The staff is very helpful, pleasant and wonderful. Here at this location they are always knowledgeable with any questions that you need answers for. Dr. Perry has always been a very passionate person when it comes to her job and patients. My mother and I have been her patients for years. I moved away for 8 years but the I came back to Buffalo and it was know problem to have Dr. Perry as my doctor again. I thank the staff for all you do, God Bess you all.

  I always have a great experience when I have to call the office for any reason. Once again today Chrystal was a fantastic help. Not only did she pick up right away, she was extremely patient and helpful. For some reason I couldn’t hear her and she was so wonderful while she had to repeat everything she told me. I love urban family medicine 👍👍👍👍👍👍

  I got a phone call today being told that in a week I’ll be told my results were for an exam I just had. I’m a brand new patient and I’ve lived my whole life trying to be the healthiest version of myself. I got my “results” back and but they won’t get read to me till 8/23/23. When I called over to ask what had happened, I was met with someone so rude to me for just trying to find out my results. When I called the Lab worker, she got so mad at me. I’m a fully grown man and I broke down in to tears of how little they could care. Not even trying to make me feel better. Now I have live my whole week terrified. I understand she can’t tell me my results; I work at Buffalo General, I get that and I understand HIPPA, but the fact that i have to make an appointment just to receive a phone call. Which I pray I even get is terrifying. I have to live a whole week of my life being terrified if they found anything or nothing. Once I get my results I’ll be looking for a new primary.
