  The young lady at the front desk was unpleasant and there was an elderly patient in the waiting area who asked multiple times if she could provide some air conditioning as the front of the office was super hot, I had a pocket fan myself that I immediately put to use but that was not ok. The M.A who took my daughter’s vitals was excellent, she was knowledgeable and spoke to my child very kindly. The doctor was really good too. I even made an appt to see her for myself. Now the upsetting part is that I’ve tried to contact the office several times to get access to the portal for the labs and first spoke to someone who transferred me to tech support who just ignored everything I explained and was useless. I’ve called multiple times and was placed on hold for over 10mins each time. So I say all this to say that was the first and last time I will visit this office and am canceling my upcoming appt. It’s disappointing because I like the Dr. but wouldn’t return, this office needs a better receptionist and tech support team.

  Horrible horrible horrible, I had a medical appointment today and I walked out of there very disappointed. The doctor was rude and didn’t really engage much with me . I love the gyn side with dr newsam and ms lorensent I hope I spelled it right because the are carrying , empathetic and your appt don’t seem rushed and they hear your needs and concerns that’s the importance or patient care . I waited about an hour , to see the medical doctor it was a black older man with a bald spot in his head I can’t even remember his name , the medical assit told me I had one person ahead of me and I was next but he allowed someone to skip cuz he claim he sent the patient for an ekg and she just returned but instead of acknowledging me or simply saying hey I know you was next but such n such happened I was waiting for this young lady to return but nooo I was chopped liver . I’m never returning for medical side the Gyn yesss but you can forget seeing an internal medicine doctor there agin be prepared to wait 2 hrs or more and walk out disappointed

  I saw Dr. Szabo for an annual checkup and she was amazing! So attentive and thorough. The PA, Oumou, was also incredibly kind and friendly.

  I haven't been at Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center in a while and really have no excuse why not. But I'm coming back, especially now since today I felt soooo sick and think I might have COVID19. I know I'll get the best care there if I have it.

  Horrible establishment don’t believe any star over 2. I recommend reading the yelp reviews written. Rude: 100% Unprofessional: 100% Slow: 100%
