  Overall experience was okay doctor was informative and assisted my mother with her issues and proper medical attention was provided.However I strongly feel that medical office needs to work on sanitizing because the restroom was extremely dirty as well as snack bar which also needed maintenence. I also found a nail from a previous patient before my mother was called in and she was asked to lay on it. I must say I was disappointed because I have recommended this place to other patients and have spoken so highly of it. Again medical attention was good the girls in the front desk was alao welcoming , Would have given 5 star but due to the above issues im giving it a 3.

  Dr. Castillo and his staff are amazing. Their professionalism and diligence are great. I was very impressed by their dedication and attention during pre and especially post surgery. Michelle is amazing, she was in constant communication with me pre surgery and remained in communication after. She checked on me 2x a day after surgery. Its been a month now and healing has been great. Dr. Castillo did a phenomenal job with my toes. This is your place to go for excellent foot care.

  I’ve had multiple visits to Bronx Foot Care under the care of Dr. Oscar Castillo, DPM, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by the support staff—Marisol, Wanda, Sue, and recently Michelle (regarding my upcoming foot surgery). Each of these team members consistently delivered a level of professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth that made every visit smoother and more pleasant. From the very beginning, Wanda, Sue, and Marisol were instrumental in helping me navigate the scheduling for my podiatrist and vascular appointments. They followed up promptly on upcoming visits and were always accommodating pleasant, cordial, and helpful. Their efforts significantly impacted my experience at the office, a much-appreciated improvement, even though I believe the overall wait time still needs to be addressed by the practitioners themselves. Additionally, they are exceptional in their roles. They were always ready to explain my care follow-up options clearly and patiently based on the doctor’s recommendations, ensuring I felt informed and involved in my treatment decisions. Their ability to communicate information in a compassionate and straightforward way made a real difference in my care experience. What stood out most was the team’s coordination and genuine concern for patient comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was a last-minute change to my appointment, prescriptions, footwear and accessory options, etc., they handled everything with professionalism and positive vibes. While there is room for improvement in reducing wait times with the medical staff, the efficiency, kindness, and dedication of Marisol, Michelle, Wanda, and Sue have made my visits feel well-managed and respectful of my time. Bronx Foot Care is fortunate to have such a stellar front-line team, and they deserve recognition for the role they play in patient care.   My visits to Bronx Foot Care have been such appreciated experiences. Explanations of procedures were thorough with visuals of my own feet on what my surgeries entailed. I had foot surgery on both feet performed a week apart. They are gentle and most accommodating throughout both pre and all post surgery treatments. I am so glad I found this facility for my foot care needs. Thank you Dr. Castillo and team, Dall

  I had a really great experience at my recent foot doctor appointment. The staff was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was especially nervous about getting an injection in my foot, but it honestly didn’t hurt at all. The doctor was very gentle and made the process quick and easy, which really helped calm my nerves. Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of care I received and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate foot doctor.
