  I am highly satisfied with the dental services at Bella Vista which is located on hunts point. Before I started coming here , i didn’t even know there was dental services for urban health plan in this location. I thought it was only dental services in the main location in southern boulevard. I’m glad I found this spot! I been coming here at this location for a while now hunts point) and I absolutely love it! I also have my children do their dental services in this location as well. The staff are very friendly and caring. Every time I go, the staff welcome me with a positive approach and assist you with anything I need like make an appointment, reschedule an appointment, follow ups etc. Every time I call to make an apportionment or I need to reschedule they always pick up the phone and assist me right away. They also send me text messages to confirm my appointment. Overall I want to thank you for taking care of my teeth and both of my children teeth’s. Thank you all for all you do! I will definitely recommend this location to others.

  There is absolutely no organization here for appointment times. You can have an appointment at 8 am and you will sit there, wait, go to the second waiting area and be seen at 11:30am. I am speaking from experience and unless you go and complain multiple times about the wait time, you will literally sit there and other people who have come in after you will be seen before you do because they don’t keep track of who came when! Ridiculous! Then, when you finally get seen, you literally speak to your doctor for a max of 5-7 minutes. Do not go here! There is no empathy, no compassion, no organization, and most definitely they are inconsiderate.

  Been a patient of Davin Cole's for 4 years. Definitely no more after today and here's why: Had a routine blood test done 3 whole weeks ago. Their office refused to upload the results in their Healow app. Told me I need to schedule an appointment to go over it, which was last Thursday at 4pm. Davin totally ghosted me. I took off work for the appointment! I called the office the next day and as usual they have no idea why. They never have any idea why because they don't communicate with each other and don't know what they're doing. Spoke with office manager Alana make a new appointment for today. Davin calls me for our appt, asking what the appointments about which is unprofessional enough, but when I explained what happened and how disrespected I felt being ghosted he gets super defensive claiming he has 2,000 patients and it's not his problem go somewhere else. How are you a professional doctor?? If you can't do your job then find a new profession instead of attacking your patients after you ghost them. This isn't the first time this has happened but it's certainty the last. Janette the site manager, Alana, and Davin, your office is a unprofessional chaotic mess. Fix yourselves. Avoid this place like the plague.
