  Staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Alan Cohen explained my hearing lost and answered all of my questions patiently. Very knowledgeable and personable. I had no problem getting an appointment and I was taken in at my appointed scheduled time for my hearing test and then to see the doctor.
