  Called today for a small emergency and asked to be placed in at any time the doctor would see me (as they made it clear the doctor leaves at 4). They were not able to fit me in the schedule so I asked to speak to the doctor over the phone for a few minutes as this was an emergency and they would be closed until the following Monday. The receptionist said 'no,' repeatedly and when I asked why, she said "the doctor wants you to come in to the office since you haven't been seen since January." How am I suppose to come in when you won't even fit me in the schedule? And then tells me to go to a hospital if it's an emergency. I understand that doctors have their own lives but please be understanding of your patients as well. Just because I have kept myself healthy since my visit from January, doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to speak to or see my doctor now for an urgent matter. Yes I also understand that I can go to an urgent care but I am more comfortable to speak with MY pcp. It also should not be hard to hire nicer people to work the front desk.

  My review is based on my experience with reception. I called to make a first time appointment as a new patient as I read the wonderful reviews for Dr. Tetro. I made an appointment and then realized a scheduling conflict so I called back to move the date to a few days later. I was told by the receptionist/admin I would have to wait until the doctor opened the schedule for that month, although I had already scheduled a date for that month. I asked if I could call back at the beginning of the month to reschedule and I was told yes. As promised, I called back at the start of the new month, to be told the same thing. I call the following day, told the same thing. I didn’t want to hold up the appointment I had made and let her know I would like to come for the new date, so I was going to cancel. I asked if I could be called when the month opened up per the Dr to set up the appointment ( I didn’t want to harass them) and I was told by the person that I would receive a call back. That was last Tuesday and I’ve heard nothing since. I’m sure the Dr. is a wonderful Dr. based on stellar reviews, but as a first time patient, all of this inconsistency to make an appointment says a lot about professionalism and the lack thereof.

  I had a very good experience at Dr. Tetro’s office. The staff was nice and efficient. I really liked Dr. Tetro. She was so nice and pleasant. She referred to me by my name which I thought was great. She was thorough asking questions and my experience with my doctor down in Florida. I really liked her and could tell she’s a great doctor.

  Dr. Tetro is truly an exceptional doctor!!! She took a significant amount of time reviewing my symptoms and listening to me which is a rare occurrence among most physicians these days. She is highly skilled, talented and extremely empathetic to all her patients!!! She took considerable care and time discussing my complaints and worked in close collaboration with me. Thank you for for the most wonderful patient doctor experience!!! Also would like to send a big thank you to Ana the nurse who was truly amazing, kind and compassionate!

  Doctor Tetro is very caring and patient. My experience has always been positive. Several of my family members are also patients. The front desk staffs are amazing.
